Biopsychosocial Approaches

UNPRECEDENTED BLOOD TEST DIAGNOSIS DEVELOPMENTAL NATURE OF NEONATES:  AUTISM

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a condition of mind that affects the social, mental and interaction skills of a child. It is estimated by the centres for disease control that 1 in 68 children have ASD. ASD is a developmental nature disorder, may occur on early onsets or later, but in early onsets it takes time to show any of its symptoms.
But a team of researchers believes that the test that has been designed can detect related protein changes in the blood cells and urine accurately. Scientists found a link between ASD, some damaged proteins present in the blood plasma, scientists found the higher levels of dityrosine and advanced glycation end-products (AGEs). Dityrosine is a marker of oxidation damage, and AGEs are the result of glycation, a production of amino acid occurs. This diagnostic test based on sensitivity, refers to identify people who have a disease.
ASDs are developmental disabilities, a brain disorder. These patients found difficulty in their social and communication skills. They sticks to a set of behaviors and do not changes any daily activity. It is a wide-spectrum disorder which means, no two people with this will have same symptoms. The most common characteristics identified with disorder are:
·         Social skills
A person with ASD interacts in a quite different way as compared to the normal people.they could not find that somebody is trying to contact them. they lack the necessary playing and talking skills.
·         Physical contact
These children do not like touching and being touched by other people except some specific ones. They usually finds the loud noise and shouting unpleasant. Similarly, they avoid sudden changes in planning, temperature, conditions and unpleasant smells that bothers them a lot.
  •     Repetitive behaviours
They people repeats their words, either what they hear or seen somewhere written, they could be phrases or any sound
